Rocco Forte Makes Key Appointments at Brown's Hotel, London

Including Friederike Lockau to Director of Sales and Marketing

LONDON, UK, October 27, 2009 - Stuart Johnson, General Manager of The Rocco Forte Collection's Brown's Hotel in London, is pleased to announce a number of key personnel appointments as a result of several internal corporate promotions.

Friederike Lockau has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing. Friederike brings with her a vast wealth of international experience and market knowledge and joins Brown's Hotel from the Four Seasons Hotel Prague - where she held the same position since July 2006. Friederike, originally from Berlin, Germany was with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts for over nine years and during this time held sales positions with their Berlin, New York and Dublin properties and prior to this was with Kempinski Hotels for five years. Stuart Johnson says of this appointment 'We are very pleased that Friederike is joining us. Dominic Thomas has been appointed as Food and Beverage Operations Manager. Dominic has extensive knowledge in this area and has joined us from The Grove in Hertfordshire where he was Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Dominic will oversee Brown's Hotel's award-winning restaurants The Albemarle and The English Tea Room, as well as The Donovan Bar and the six private dining rooms and in-room dining for all 117 rooms and suites.

Stuart Johnson is pleased to announce the promotion of Peter Neto to Rooms Division Manager. Peter joined Brown's Hotel in December 2007 as Front of House Manager where he showed outstanding dedication and led the teams seamlessly. Peter joined Brown's Hotel from The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain and prior to this was with JW Marriott and Le Meridien in London, UK and Toronto, Canada.

Lastly, joining Friederike in the Sales & Marketing team are Laurent Vannier and Nicholas Sievewright. Laurent previously held sales management roles at 47 Park Street, London and Dalloyau, Compagnie Privee and Voyages & Strategie/Evenements Conventions in Paris; while Nicholas joins from The Rocco Forte Collection's Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh where he worked for four years.
