The 50-room, limited-service hotel will undergo renovations to rebrand to Super 8.

The purchaser was Debary Hospitality based in Florida, and the seller was Fidelity Bank. Fidelity Bank had spoken to Greene, Canfield, De George for several weeks before the actual foreclosure sale and emphasized the Bank's desire to move the property quickly. As a result, Greene, Canfield, De George articulated a strategy that generated a substantial number of interested buyers in a very short period.

Of this transaction, Fidelity said, 'The end result was a very strong offer, both in price and terms, that consummated in a closing approximately three weeks after our foreclosure sale.'
