. June 08, 2009

JUNE 8, 2009 - Pabst Farms Development Inc., developers of the largest master-planned community in southeastern Wisconsin, together with S&L Hospitality, a hospitality development and management company in Madison, Wis., welcomed business owners, chamber members and community leaders to a Grand Opening Ribbon Reception on June 2, commencing the opening of the new, 128-room Staybridge Suites(R) Milwaukee West-Oconomowoc located at 1141 Blue Ribbon Drive, Oconomowoc, Wis., 53066.

'We're very pleased to welcome this property to our swiftly growing family of upscale extended-stay hotels,' said Robert Radomski, vice president, Global Brand Management, Extended-Stay Brands, IHG. 'This is the second Staybridge Suites to open this year in the Milwaukee market, and we're pleased to have a hotel located in an exciting and forward-thinking development like Pabst Farms.'

Guests of the grand opening event were treated to tours of the five-story property, which features three well-designed spacious suite options (deluxe studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom/two-bath). All suites include in-room DVD/CD players; functional, well-lit work stations with ergonomic seating, speaker phones with direct-dial number, personal voice mail and complimentary local phone calls; and fully equipped kitchens.

Consistent with the Staybridge Suites brand, the new property offers exceptional guest amenities including a deluxe complimentary daily breakfast buffet featuring Wolfgang Puck coffee; complimentary guest laundry and workout facilities; a complimentary 24-hour business services center; 500 square feet of meeting space; a guest library with books and games; and BridgeMart(R), the hotel's 24-hour convenience store stocked with snacks, sundries, beverages and easy-to-prepare meals. Guests can enjoy the hotel's heated, indoor pool and whirlpool, complimentary parking, and an outdoor courtyard with putting green and barbecue Pavilion.

Guests are invited to get comfortable in the hotel's Great Room for evening 'Sundowner' receptions three days a week for complimentary refreshments, light appetizers and conversation. The hotel features the brand's 'Just Like Home Theater' situated in the hotels' common area complete with a 60' plasma HDTV, surround-sound and comfortable, overstuffed chairs. Guests at Staybridge Suites Milwaukee West can get Internet connectivity throughout the hotel with complimentary 'Wireless Anywhere.'

The new hotel is conveniently located in the 1,500 acre Pabst Farms master-planned community, midway between Milwaukee and Madison just off of Interstate 94 and U.S. Highway 67. The property is directly across the street from the new Aurora Medical Center at Pabst Farms, which is scheduled to open in early 2010.

'The location of this new hotel is ideal because of its close proximity to the new hospital, several businesses and mid-way between Madison and Milwaukee,' said Traci Sherman, general manager. 'We are uniquely designed to cater to those who plan to stay for longer periods of time while traveling for business, as well as leisure guests visiting the area.'

"Despite these challenging times, Pabst Farms continues to attract quality businesses like Staybridge Suites that will serve the needs of the surrounding community and the new Aurora Medical Center at Pabst Farms,' said Peter Bell, president of Pabst Farms Development Inc. 'Both of these projects will bring positive momentum in terms of jobs and economic benefits to the area."
