Access Advisors Announces Management Partnership
LOS COLINAS, TX, August 14, 2006. Access Hotel Advisors, a full-service hospitality consulting firm, has announced it will now manage the Belmont Hotel at Dilbeck Court in Dallas, Texas.
Local developer and owner Monte Anderson of Options Real Estate Investments, has contracted Access Hotel Advisors to handle all aspects of property management including the opening of the Belmont's new restaurant, fitness facility, spa, and adjacent town home development "The Villas at Dilbeck Court."
Built in 1946 by famed eclectic architect Charles Stevens Dilbeck, The Belmont Motor Hotel was recently reopened after Anderson's multi-million dollar renovation of the historic property. Anderson, a pioneer in the restoration of Southern Dallas County, used the moderne, mission style architecture to inspire the hip, contemporary Belmont Hotel.
Anderson's new urbanist concept of an urban resort coupled with Access' revolutionary technology-based management philosophy made this a perfect partnership.
