Hilton and Star Estates Sign Management Agreement
Hilton Ulaanbaatar, the Capital of Mongolia
SINGAPORE, China, May 11, 2006. Hilton Hotels Corporation, the world's leading hospitality company, and real estate developer Star Estates Company Ltd announced the signing of an agreement for Hilton to manage Hilton Ulaanbaatar, the newest and most lavish hotel development in the heart of Mongolia's capital.
Scheduled to open in May 2008, Hilton Ulaanbaatar is ideally situated in the central area of downtown Ulaanbaatar, adjoined to Ulaanbaatar's premier residential complex, lending further prestige to the hotel. Corporate and leisure travellers will find ease of convenience as the Hilton Ulaanbaatar is in close proximity to government buildings and corporate offices, as well as key attractions like the Nayramdal Park, also known as the National Recreational Park.
The Hilton Ulaanbaatar will provide 240 spacious and luxurious guestrooms, and four cutting edge restaurants and bars bringing new standards of cuisine and service to the city. Conference and Banqueting facilities will include a 500-seater ballroom and seven meeting rooms.
