Boykin in Agreement to Sell Radisson Marco Island for $58 mil

CLEVELAND, OH, May 9, 2006. Boykin Lodging Company (NYSE: BOY), a hotel real estate investment trust, today announced that Boykin Marco LLC ("Boykin Marco"), a subsidiary of the Company, has entered into an agreement to sell the Radisson Suite Beach Resort-Marco Island to an unrelated third party for a price of $58.0 million.

The agreement provides for the consummation of the sale to occur on June 30, 2006, which date may be extended at the option of Boykin Marco for up to 30 days, and contains representations, warranties, indemnities and closing conditions that are customary for a transaction of this nature.
