DTLL to Acquire Tahoe Inn

BROCKWAY, CA, March 02, 2006. DTLL, Inc. has agreed to acquire the existing Tahoe Inn, located in Brockway, CA, on the California/Nevada state lines. The property is an operating 98-room hotel with additional building rights for 45 units on approximately three acres.

This acquisition, the second transaction in as many days for DTLL, is part of an overall positioning and brandng strategy for DTLL, Inc. a high-end hospitality, timeshare, resort destinations and development company.

The company said it intends to upgrade the facility with a complete makeover, repositioning the property to reflect current maket conditions.

The acquisition is expected to close on or before April 15. Previously, DTLL acquired a position in Grand Sierra Resort, which has purchased the Reno Hilton.

When the acquisition is completed next month the combined companies will have in excess of a $160 million in revenues and a projected EBIDTA in excess of $30 million dollars, according to the company.
