Crowne Plaza Expands in Mexico
MEXICO CITY, Mexico, February 21, 2006. The new 310-room Crowne Plaza Hotel de Mexico recently opened here. The hotel is owned and managed by Comercial Hotelera Mexicana under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.
The new 10-story property features a variety of in-room amenities, including a custom music feature, custom temperature control and an in-room business center equipped with a computer and complimentary unlimited high-speed Internet access. Additionally, guests can make pillow selections from an in-room pillow menu.
The hotel also offers a Ladies First Program with designated rooms for women offering additional lighting and mirrors as well as high- powered hair dryers and hair irons.
Situated in the central part of Mexico City, the property is adjacent to the World Trade Center.
