ALPHARETTA, GA, February 15, 2006. Dellisart Lodging Hospitality Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dellisart Lodging, LLC has been awarded the managment contract for the Staybridge Suites in Davenport, IA.
The 80-room property is currently under construction and is slated to open in August 2006. The hotel is owned by Shree Balaji, LLC.
