ORLANDO, FL, February 14, 2006. Intrawest Corporation (NYSE:IDR) and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:HOT) today announced that they have signed an agreement to brand phase one of The Village of Imagine as The Westin Imagine Orlando Residences. Located across from the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, The Westin Imagine Orlando Residences will be the area's newest residential village condominiums providing luxury accommodations for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to the nation's second largest convention center and the area's renowned scenic, cultural and entertainment venues. Phase one, due to open in early 2008, will consist of 470 condominium suites and residences including the 256-unit Grand Imagine building that was released last December 2005.

The Westin Imagine Orlando Residences will consist of suites, one and two bedroom residences. All two bedroom residences will be equipped with fully appointed kitchens. Guests of The Westin Imagine Orlando Residences will enjoy all of the signature services and amenities that travelers have come to expect of Westin, including Westin's Heavenly Bed(R) and Heavenly Bath(R) and WestinWORKOUT(R) Powered by Reebok fitness facility.
