Driftwood Adds Arizona's Fiesta Inn to Managed Portfolio
TEMPE, AZ, February 13, 2006. The Fiesta Inn Resort here is now a part of Driftwood Hospitality Management LLC's managed portfolio. Driftwood is now planning extensive renovations for the resort that will be carried out within the coming year. The $5.8-million renovation will include 14,000 sf of meeting space, a restaurant with 178 seats, a lounge with 92 seats and the expansion of the property's fitness center with pool and spa services. The project will also reorient the resort's entrance and improve exterior landscaping.
The 270-room resort currently features two ballrooms, a heating swimming pool and whirlpool, a fitness room, three lighted laykold tennis courts with covered armadas and two restaurants.
The Fiesta Inn Resort represents the 27th property in Driftwood's managed and owned portfolio.
