Augusta Marriott Opens in Rebranding Move
WASHINGTON, DC, February 12, 2006. Marriott International, Inc. announced that the Radisson Riverfront Hotel Augusta has become the Augusta Marriott Hotel & Suites.
It is the first full-service Marriott in Augusta, GA, home to the Masters Golf Tournament. Located on the riverfront at Two Tenth Street, the 372-room hotel features an all-suite, high rise tower and more than 45,000 square feet of meeting space. The property is owned and operated by Azalea Development Corporation.
