Microtel Plans Mexican Opening

CHIHUAHUA, Mexico, February 9, 2006. Chihuahua, Mexico based-Grupo Casa Grande has opened a Microtel Inn & Suites hotel in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico.

The hotel's official opening and dedication will take place on February 15th with State Governor Lic. Jesus A. Aguilar. Also on hand will be Augusto Champion, Alvaro Madero, Luis Alberto Kuroda, Tony Pico Jr. and Carlos Munoz, all of Inmobiliaria Microtel de Culiacan, owner of the hotel; Sergio Portillo of Desarrollos Hoteleros de las Americas S.A. de C.V., Master Franchisor for Microtel Inns & Suites in Mexico, and Roy Flora, Executive Vice President of Franchise Operations for US Franchise Systems, Inc., the Atlanta, Georgia-based franchisor of the Microtel hotel brand.
