PUERTO RICO, February 3, 2006. Costa Bonita Resort, located at Ensenada Honda in Culebra, Puerto Rico, has recently contracted New Jersey-based Key Management Group (KMG) to handle the US$45 million property's operations.

With combined experience in hotel operation and vanguard marketing strategies, Key Management Group will develop the Costa Bonita brand and lead the newly-renovated property to greater profitability.

Albert Lacl'e, CEO of Key Management Group, is very enthusiastic about Costa Bonita's future. "Costa Bonita Resort is an amazing property and one of the best kept secrets of the Caribbean," said Lacl'e.

"As the Costa Bonita's new operational management company, we intend to kick-off the resort's reopening and launch the new Costa Bonita brand with an integrated sales and marketing strategy," added Lacl'e.

Walter Kohlross, president of Key Management Group, has decades of experience organizing and coordinating restaurant and hotel operations, and will be working closely with Lacl'e to develop a distinct brand to reflect the unique splendor of the 164-villa resort. "We are faced with the exciting challenge of developing top-of-mind awareness of Costa Bonita Resort to all travelers looking for a truly amazing vacation experience," said Kohlross.

"All villas are fully equipped and include kitchenettes, ocean view balconies and amenities to accommodate up to four people, and the landscapes are truly spectacular," noted Kohlross.

Renovations are expected to be completed during the next 60 days, when Costa Bonita's restaurants, spa and water sports facilities will reopen for guests' enjoyment. Key Management Group will personally oversee the opening of all restaurants, including the Pelican Grill, Infinity Pool Bar and Mahi-Mahi Bar & Restaurant.
