LAKE LAS VEGAS, NV, January 13, 2006. In spring 2006 MonteLago Village Resort, Lake Las Vegas will see its biggest expansion yet when the opening of Luna di Lusso nearly doubles the number of guest rooms offered, and new boutiques and restaurants build on the Village's already vibrant experience. MonteLago Village Resort provides a unique setting unlike any other in Southern Nevada, with winding cobblestone walkways and waterfront promenades, open-air cafes, restaurants, upscale shopping, and European-themed casino.

Planning for a March 1, 2006 opening, Luna di Lusso will be the newest accommodation addition to the Resort and add 150 additional rooms to the Village. Each guest suite will take full advantage of its premier lakefront setting with panoramic views of Lake Las Vegas and the surrounding mountain range. Rooms will be stylishly appointed-right down to the martini shaker and glasses-with furniture featuring sharp, edgy lines and rich textures. Bathrooms include spacious soaker tubs and custom millwork, while kitchens in the studio and one-bedroom condominiums will have a European flavor. Featured amenities include a resort-style pool, two hot tubs, outdoor lakefront fire pit, state-of-the-art fitness center, and high-speed Internet access.

Outside in The Village, restaurants Auld Dubliner and Bistro Zinc will further enhance the fine dining experience, joining more than 22 shops, boutiques, restaurants and nightlife options that provide a vibrant experience reminiscent of a Mediterranean seaside resort.

Auld Dubliner brings a bit of Ireland to Lake Las Vegas with traditional d'ecor, food and music well beyond the conceived notion of an Irish pub. Auld Dubliner will be designed and crafted in Dublin, Ireland using native woods and the talent of local craftsmen. Partner David Copley, originally from Limerick, Ireland, also brings with his mother's original recipes for scones, potato stuffing, apple mash and Irish stew.

Coming in early 2006, renowned restaurateur Chef Joseph Keller will bring his newest concept, Bistro Zinc, to MonteLago Village. The restaurant will feature a Bayou flair where patrons can dine at a leisurely pace and experience sounds of Zydeco, and aromas and tastes of Cajun cuisine.

MonteLago Village sits at the heart of Lake Las Vegas Resort. Inspired by Italy's famed Lake Como, Lake Las Vegas is centered on a 320-acre lake and surrounded by desert mountains. The 3,592-acre resort features a Mediterranean theme throughout and is master planned to offer residential housing, world-class resort hotels, a collection of three signature golf courses, casinos, shopping and pampering spas. Lake Las Vegas is located just 17 miles from The Strip near Henderson, NV.

Visitors can enjoy access to championship golf by noted course designers such as Jack Nicklaus and Tom Weiskopf. Beyond golf, visitors can explore the lake by yacht and authentic Venetian gondola, or take to the air by helicopter and fly to the Grand Canyon for sightseeing and breakfast. Additionally, two world-class spas are located at Lake Las Vegas and offer a full menu of services.
