. October 14, 2008

HONOLULU, HI, January 13, 2006. Aloha Hotels is one of the newest names in hotel branding industry. Aloha is offering 2006 rates at one of the lowest rates in the hotel branding industry. Aloha brand and flag: instead of raising prices for 2006, Aloha lower them. Aloha rates are 99 cents per room per night for sales and marketing and $2,500 per month for royalty fees.

Walter Bono, President of Aloha Hotels, had this to say on their new pricing strategy for 2006: "We provide a valuable service with solid results. We also recognize that not all independent hotels and inns know about us yet, but we are planning to change all that in 2006. We are seeking independent hotels who are looking to jumpstart their exposure in the hospitality market. We're offering a new, lower priced structure with the same great Aloha services to increase the number of Aloha flagged hotels in the United States.

Basically, we're asking independent hotels who want to join a branded, but for some reason could not afford it or were not able to get the brand in their territory. They can now consider the benefits and value of the Aloha brand. Our decision to drop our prices and encourage hotel owners to join the Aloha brand was a decision to grow and expansion in 2006."

When asked why not increase prices, Mr. Bono said, "We want Aloha to represent value to the independent hotel owner and we want the Aloha brand to be a national brand in 2006."

"In addition," Mr. Bono continued, "2005 was a tough year for some hotel owners that were directly affected by the hurricane season. Particularly Hurricane Katrina, which had a terrible effect not only on Louisiana, but also Florida, Mississippi, Alabama. Those hotel owners that are working to rebuild their lives, and the lives of their employees, will be looking to increase revenues for their hotels this year, and to do so in as inexpensive way. We're hoping that our new pricing structure fits their budget."

Concluding, Mr. Bono said, "There are a lot of hotel brands out there. Some might ask, 'What makes Aloha Hotels better than them?' Bono said, Aloha is on the cutting edge of technology and has e-commerce solutions that work. Aloha provides no cost to enter the Aloha Brand, lower monthly fees, open territories, and dedicated sales team to increase hotel revenues. In addition, the Aloha brand is dedicated to the theme of provide friendly professional service at each point of guest contact.
