Developer Chooses Kimpton as Operator for Florida Luxury Hotel

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, January 12, 2006. The Harrick, an all-suite luxury hotel slated to be built here, will be operated by Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Group, LLC when the property makes its official premier in the fall of 2007. The project's owner, David Gostfand, named Kimpton as the operator.

The 20-story project is expected to get under way early this year and will rise in downtown West Palm Beach's business district. The hotel will contain 138 rooms, including 118 one-bedroom suites and 20 two-bedroom suites. Room sizes will range from 630 sf to 1,200 sf. Each guestroom will feature a Poggenpohl kitchen.

The hotel will also include a rooftop pool deck, a living room lobby, a fitness center and a chef-driven restaurant in addition to Kimpton's signature services, amenities and programs.
