Grand Opening of the Hilton Toldeo Hotel and 31 Hundred Restaurant and Bar

. October 14, 2008

TOLEDO, OH, June 16, 2005. Allegiance Hospitality Corporation announced today that the Hilton Toledo has completed a $5 million renovation project. The renovation follows the acquisition of the Hilton Toledo from Meristar Hospitality Corporation to Toledo Hotel Ventures, LLC in July 2004 and is managed by American Property Management Corporation.

The Hilton Toledo has a new and exciting look. All guestrooms, meeting space, public areas, restaurant and bar have been completely redone, featuring a fresh and innovative motif. All guest rooms have "The Bed" by Hilton as its center attraction with accents of Toledo's rich glass history throughout the room. "Basically, we have taken the hotel down to the bare walls and replaced everything with custom designed furnishings," Rich Nachazel, General Manager, Hilton Toledo.

The new 31 HUNDRED Restaurant and Bar reaches out to the community with a separate entrance and supplies Toledo another fine dining experience. A combination of fresh regional ingredients presents diners with a unique modern cuisine. Enjoy menu items ranging from saut'eed black mussels and cedar roasted wild salmon, in addition to peppered seared beef Delmonico and Colorado lamb rack.

"This renovation project fulfills Hilton's and American Property's commitment to and enthusiasm for the dynamic Toledo market and community." Chris Smith, President, American Properties. These improvements will give Toledo the opportunity to attract more meetings and conventions to the area.

The Hilton Toledo is located on the Medical University of Ohio's campus and is connected to the Dana Conference Center. The hotel has 213 guestrooms and 6,568 sq. ft. of function space. Combined with Dana Conference Center's 13,000 sq. ft. of conference space gives a total of 19,568 sq ft. of space available from meetings to weddings. The Hilton Toledo and Dana Conference Center have the largest combined hotel/conference space in Northwest Ohio.

Guests enjoy free use of the Morse fitness center, which is connected to the Hilton Toledo. The center includes indoor running track, basketball/volleyball court, racquetball courts, elliptical machines, exercise bicycles, treadmills, stair masters and a complete weight room.
