SEATTLE, WA, December 19, 2005. An affiliate of Noble House Hotels & Resorts signed the management contract for the Hilton San Diego Resort, located directly on Mission Bay, in the heart of San Diego's resort district.

"Bringing the Hilton San Diego Resort into the Noble House Collection is a great addition to the company - the additional rooms and facilities will give us a great advantage in attracting both business and leisure travelers to the area and to meeting the needs of area residents," said Bob Foster, president of Noble House Hotels & Resorts.

The Hilton San Diego Resort is just six miles from San Diego International Airport and is nestled among acres of the sandy bay fronts of San Diego. This Four Diamond resort hotel, across the bay from Sea World, offers numerous on-property activities for its guests, including spa, watersports, tennis, Kids Kamp and more. Guest rooms are styled after a Mediterranean village, and are set within the 18-acre bayfront park, each with private patio or balcony overlooking gardens and the sands of Mission Bay.

The hotel also offers 16,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including two ballrooms, to accommodate social and business meetings and events. A business center and fitness center are also on-property for guest use, as well as a restaurant, lounge and poolside bar.

As the contracted management company, the Noble House affiliate is responsible for all day to day operations of the hotel, along with all sales, marketing and communication functions.
