New Castle Hotels & Resorts to Manage the Marx Conference Center in Syracuse, NY

SHELTON, CT, December 16, 2005. New Castle Hotels & Resorts, a leading third- party management and hotel development company, will manage The Marx Hotel & Conference Center, Syracuse's first true conference center.

The Marx offers 280 guest rooms, four luxury suites, a full-service restaurant, 9,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space, and a 3,500-square-foot catering hall on the hotel's 20th floor. The hotel's meeting space is equipped with advanced presentation technology, ergonomic furnishings and broadband connectivity. Guest rooms feature The Marx's signature desk fully outfitted with task lighting and ergonomic seating, two-line phones with speaker and conference capabilities, complimentary high speed Internet access and a 27-inch television with 80 channels. Additional guest room amenities include voicemail, over-size in-room safes, designer personal care products, irons and ironing boards, and in-room coffeemakers with signature coffee.
