When the four-star, EUR200 million ($260 million U.S. ) Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort opens its doors on Oct. 1, 2005, the upscale meetings and conventions market will enjoy the most spacious and tech-advanced resort on the celebrated Cote d'Azur, Monaco 's first new resort in nearly 75 years.

The Business Center, located on the first floor of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, offers 10 conference rooms ranging in size from approximately 290 to 961 square feet, which can comfortably accommodate between 18 to 80 participants. Also available is a multi-purpose room of approximately 2,700 square feet, which can be separated into two or three rooms with a total capacity for 250 attendees. While flexible in size, this room also offers a stunning view over Cap-Marin and Monaco and is a fitting venue for upscale receptions and seminars. Each conference room benefits from dedicated kitchen facilities.

This new complex completes the Principality's convention infrastructure, offering work areas, professional services and nearby accommodation for the Grimaldi Forum Monaco.
