Hamister Hospitality Purchases Sleep Inn and Suites in Lebanon, Tennessee

. October 14, 2008

LEBANON, TN, December 12, 2005. The Hamister Hospitality Group announced today the purchase of the Lebanon Sleep Inn & Suites, a Choice Hotels Gold Award winning hotel in the Nashville area. "We are absolutely thrilled about the purchase of this property," said Mark Hamister, Chairman of the rapidly growing hospitality group. "Nashville is a fantastic place to do business. Besides all of the attractions that Music City has to offer, such as the Grand Ole Opry, the Nashville Superspeedway, the Hermitage, and many more, it is becoming a global corporate hub. The headquarters of companies like Dell Computers, Bridgestone/Firestone, and Genesco are all located within a short distance of the Lebanon Sleep Inn & Suites."

Hamister's excitement about the acquisition of the Group's third hotel in the Nashville metro is easily explained: in 2005 Nashville was rated as the Hottest City in America for Relocation and Expansion by Expansion Management magazine. Furthermore, the property is the closest hotel to the Nashville Superspeedway and is located within a short distance of top attractions such as Opry Mills and the Hermitage.

The Lebanon Sleep Inn & Suites' location will become even more valuable with the completion of the Lebanon-Nashville section of just the Music City Star, a commuter rail line into Nashville, and of Providence Marketplace, a new shopping and housing development. Both the Music City Star's Lebanon station and the Providence development are located within 6 miles of the property.

Nicole Ollis, General Manager of the Lebanon Sleep Inn & Suites, is also excited about working with the Hamister Group: "I think that the mentality of Hamister Hospitality is perfectly suited to Nashville: both are energetic and on-the-move. I am also pleased about the hospitality group's unwavering commitment to exceeding customer expectations. At the Lebanon Sleep Inn & Suites we take great pride in southern hospitality and customer service. One of the criteria for winning the Choice Hotels Gold Award is housekeeping. The maximum you can attain is 1000 and very few hotels ever get this. My staff has received 1000 out of 1000 in the last 4 inspections. I am sure that our outstanding service will continue under Hamister Hospitality's management."
