Growth Properties Hospitality Management Expands with Second Hotel in Fayetteville, NC
APRIL 23, 2009 - Growth Properties Hospitality Management, a Pennsylvania-based management company, has entered into an agreement with the Holiday Inn in Fayetteville, N.C.
The Holiday Inn is on I-95 near Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base. Under the new management, the property will undergo a renovation of guest rooms, corridors and bathrooms this year. The 198-room hotel has a heated indoor pool, fitness center and a restaurant and lounge. It offers 14,000-square-feet of meeting space.
Growth Properties is now managing 19 properties nationally. The portfolio includes a blend of full-service and select-service hotels with both franchised and independent flags. Many of the hotels managed by Growth Properties also have franchised restaurants that are key components of its food and beverage operations, which include the management of five restaurant chains.
