CHICAGO, IL, April 20, 2009 - Plote Construction, developers of the new Hillside, IL. Town Center, together with S&L Hospitality, a hospitality development and management company in Madison, Wis., welcomed nearly 200 business owners, chamber members and community leaders to a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting and Gala Reception yesterday evening, commencing the opening of the new, 135-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Chicago - West O'Hare, located at 200 South Mannheim Rd., Hillside, IL, 60162.

The hotel is part of the new 32-acre mixed-use development project located off of Interstate 290, and joins retail outlets including Super Target, Petco, Staples, Michaels, Panda Express and more.

The property showcases the brand's new hallmark signage, which is the seal of approval that this hotel exemplifies the standards of the $1 billion Holiday Inn brand relaunch program. First announced in 2007, the relaunch program was established to create a more contemporary brand image as part of the drive to increase quality and drive consistency across the global portfolio.
