Debuts New Design Option III Prototype
MARCH 5, 2009 - The Embassy Suites Jackson - North/Ridgeland opened its doors as the first Design Option III prototype in the brand's portfolio at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on February 12, 2009. The Jackson North-Ridgeland property is also the first Embassy Suites to boast a Flying Spoons, the new 'hip casual' restaurant concept only found at Embassy Suites Hotels. The brand's new Design Option III possesses all of the core attributes of an Embassy Suites but affords developers lower building costs on less land, with a flexible layout. With the introduction of the Flying Spoons, guests have the option of ordering a light snack, sitting down for a full gourmet meal or grabbing a latte on the go.
Positioned in an upscale lifestyle center with numerous restaurants, a shopping center and spa, the property is appealing to business and leisure travelers and boasts four meeting rooms with more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space.
