Mountain Resort Integrates Operations with PARs Solution

NEW HARTFORD, NY, January 28, 2009 - PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. (PSMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PTC - News) and the leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems, today announced that 12,000 acre Primland Resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia has chosen PAR's SMS|Host Hospitality Management System.

A premier destination for golfers, hunters and outdoor enthusiasts, Primland chose PAR Springer-Miller's SMS|Host Hospitality Management System to enhance guest service throughout its resort. Primland, known for its acclaimed Highland Golf Course as well as their hunting and outdoor activities, will integrate all aspects of its resort including the new 72,000 square foot lodge and spa into the SMS|Host system.

In addition to the SMS|Host front office system, Primland will install several of PSMS' integrated modules including SMS|Spa/Resort Scheduling to manage their new spa facility, and SMS|Touch Fine Dining and SMS|Retail POS in revenue centers across the expansive resort. Primland's Highland Golf Course, rated "One of the 10 best new courses in America" by Travel + Leisure Golf Magazine, will utilize the SMS|Golf Tee Times module to manage the course operations.

By using several of PSMS' fully-integrated optional modules, Primland will take advantage of the Booking Center for single-screen reservations of lodging, golf, spa, dining and other activities. The SMS|Host Booking Center provides a single itinerary number to reference an entire stay and simplifies and expedites what would otherwise be a complicated reservations process.
