ProHost System Selected for Wynn's Encore in Las Vegas

JANUARY 20, 2009 - Hostar International, Inc. is pleased to announce that the recently opened Encore resort/casino chose the ProHost(R) System for their housekeeping operations.

Located at Las Vegas' most exclusive address, Encore is situated next door to flagship property Wynn Las Vegas. Encore pampers guests in an atmosphere both intimate and indulgent, with 2,034 suites that offer a comfortable, residential feel.

Currently utilized in both Wynn and Encore, the ProHost(R) System allows these properties to increase service levels and guest satisfaction. Encore is using a mix of ProHost(R) Mobiles and handy suppliers that enable room attendants to deliver high end linen, terry, and amenities that are used in 32 luxury suites. The standard luxury rooms are using Hostar's powered Mobiles to service rooms in the long corridors. These Mobiles help eliminate back strain and fatigue that often plague room attendants.

The ProHost(R) System provides the hotel a material management program that offers a repetitive methodology and process that incorporates planning, training and implementation. When the ProHost(R) System is installed, it results in a repeatable and measurable process that eliminates the current challenges experienced in the Back of the House operations. Hoteliers can identify potential Housekeeping problems before they become an issue which results in improved guest services.

The ProHost(R) Mobiles, which are the room attendant equipment, present a professional appearance on the guest floors. Each mobile carries a precise mix of linen, terry and amenities matched to the assigned rooms. An evening team loads the Mobiles enabling the room attendant to start their shift with all the necessary linen and supplies needed to complete their assignment. Room attendants are able to focus more time on room cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
