NOVEMBER 7, 2008. Atlanta-based America's Best Franchising Incorporated is accelerating the international growth of its Country Hearth brand with the start of construction for four hotels in India.

"Our master licensee in that country - CH India, Inc. - has an ambitious plan to build five hotels within the next 30 months, including these initial four properties," said Doug Collins, chairman and CEO of America's Best Franchising Incorporated, which operates two leading upper economy hotel brands -- America's Best Inns & Suites and Country Hearth Inns & Suites - plus the 3 Palms upscale brand for independent and condo-hotel properties.

The first four Country Hearth properties in India will be located as follows:

o Delhi - 143 units

o Bangalore - 157 units

o Pune - 110 units

o Mumbai - 100 units

"There is a strong demand for quality accommodations both from leisure travelers as India's middle class grows and from business travelers as the country's economy continues to expand," explained Arun Malhotra, senior partner with CH India.

"The Country Hearth brand offers the kind of comfort and dependability that Indian travelers want - even the name suggests a home-like, welcoming environment."

To manage its operations, CH India Inc. is in the process of opening an office in Delhi under the direction of Vivek Harivyasi, an engineer with 15 years experience in a wide variety of industries including real estate, alternate energy and dairy.

Within the past year, America's Best Franchising has launched an aggressive international expansion of its brands, notably in Canada, South America, Africa and Asia. The company currently operates two properties in Argentina under the Country Hearth brand, plus has two properties being built in Nigeria under the America's Best brand name.

The company's U.S. operations include more than 200 properties under the America's Best, Country Hearth, and 3 Palms brands.

CH India Inc. is one of the country's fastest-growing real estate developers, with residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality properties that are both stylish and eco-friendly.
