JRK Property Holdings Appoints New President
AUGUST 12, 2008. JRK Property Holdings (JRK), a real estate owner/operator and fund management company, today announced the appointment of industry veteran Dean Andrews to president of the JRK Hotel Group.
With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Andrews' background in international hotel development brings an unparalleled level of expertise to the organization. Prior to joining JRK in 2007, Andrews worked for 12 years with Orient-Express Hotels, Ltd., where he was part of the senior team that took the company public in 2000. He established and operated hotels throughout the world, including properties in Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico and the U.S.
Andrews will lend his extensive background to the management, expansion and business development of JRK's hospitality division, which currently includes the Oceana Santa Monica, Hotel Oceana Santa Barbara, Roger Williams in New York and the nation's largest Holiday Inn Express located in Nashville, Tenn.
