Stephanie Hinckley Named DS&M Arizona Biltmore Resort

PHOENIX, AZ, July 17, 2008. The Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa has named Stephanie Hinckley the director of sales and marketing for the landmark resort, announced General Manager Andrew Stegen.

"Over more than 20 years in hospitality sales and marketing at upscale hotels and resorts, Stephanie has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision and creativity," said Stegen. "She is an outstanding addition to our team who will play a leading role in helping the Arizona Biltmore meet and surpass occupancy goals, increase revenue and to lead the resort through exciting upcoming renovations."

Hinckley joins the Arizona Biltmore from the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, California, where she was director of sales and marketing. She is well versed in the Phoenix market having served recently as the director of sales and marketing at the Royal Palms Resort & Spa, and early in her career as the director of reservations and revenue at the Arizona Biltmore. Additional experience includes director of sales and marketing at the Celebration Hotel, Walt Disney World, Orlando; director of sales, Paradise Point Resort, San Diego; and associate director of sales, Hotel del Coronado, Coronado Island, California. She is originally from Milwaukee and graduated from Marquette University.
