Randy Bayard Named GM of Vero Beach Hotel, Florida

VERO BEACH, FL, July 17, 2008. Randy Bayard has been named general manager of the AAA Four Diamond Award Winning Vero Beach Hotel & Club announced today by Lee Weeks, Chief Executive Office of Coral Hospitality the property's management company.

An industry veteran, Bayard enjoys more than 30 years experience and has served as general manager at some of Florida's finest hotels and spas. He was most recently the general manager of Intrawest Resorts in Pensacola, FL where he oversaw two luxury beachfront destination resorts, Portofino Island Resort & Spa and Beach Club. Bayard has worked for a number of Florida's leading resorts including Watercolor & WaterSound Resorts in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Hilton Longboat Key Beachfront Resort in Longboat Key, FL, Amelia Island Plantation in Amelia Island, FL and Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, FL.

In his new role, Bayard will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Vero Beach Hotel & Club. He replaces the former general manager, Peter Serena, who opened the hotel in February 2007 and oversaw its successful first year and a half of operation.
