Jones Lang LaSalle Announces Sale of Holiday Inn Express Jackson, MS
JULY 15, 2008. On behalf of Humble Hospitality LLC, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' select service division is pleased to announce the sale of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Jackson to Jackson Express Hotel Investment, LLC. The 107-guestroom hotel features 35 suites, a business center, fitness center and meeting space.
Jackson is the state's capital and largest city. It is the leader in healthcare and higher education facilities throughout Mississippi. The Jackson area has a diverse and expanding business and industry base and is becoming a center for the telecommunications and motor vehicle production industry. The city also is the center of cultural and performing arts in the state.

The sale of the property also came at an opportune time for the seller, following the completion of renovations, and we were delighted to represent the seller in this disposition given that we represented the prior owner in the sale of the property to the seller several years back."
