"She is a passionate leader with a clear vision about what makes a luxury property successful. Gail's unique ability to work with a team to focus on continually striving to deliver the best guest experience possible made her the perfect candidate to open Boutique Hotel & Resort's first urban hotel property."

Situated on Robson Street Vancouver's fashion hub, the new 60-suite L'Hermitage Hotel redefines the Vancouver boutique hotel experience. L'Hermitage's luxuriously appointed rooms including fully equipped suites with gourmet kitchens, thoughtful amenities and truly personalized service, makes it a welcome respite for wary shoppers and business travellers.
