$6.5Miil Remodel Includes All Guest Rooms and Public Spaces
CARMEL, CA, June 19, 2008. Executive Chef Donald Rentfrow will preside over the hotel's new 60-seat restaurant, Fuse Lounge & Caf'e, drawing upon organic produce from the hotel's natural herb garden to help shape his menus.
