Trust International 19th Customer Conference

Yields Insight, Direction for Future Development

. October 14, 2008

ORLANDO, FL / FRANKFURT, Germany, June 5, 2008. Trust International, the leading provider of reservation services and distribution technology, conducted its 19th biannual customer conference in Wiesbaden, in the third week of April with representatives from most of its international hotel customers.

The two-day conference addressed important technology news and updated services, including the latest of the quarterly software releases of Voyager and newest interfaces available with Trust, as well as interactive sessions on future requirements. Best practices sessions on specific Trust services with new and longstanding customers who volunteered to share their experience with Trust and its customers were well-received. Focus groups discussed the design of future Trust technology and services and are playing an active role in developing the future of the Voyager CRS and the integration strategy.

With an insight into the benefits of the CRM/CRS integration, one hotel group shared its business model for an integrated Voyager CRS/CRM Module and discussed how it utilized its Trust partnership to enhance its direct marketing and ultimately improve customer retention.

"It has been a worthwhile experience to participate in such an interesting and interactive customer advisory conference," said John Scanlon, Director of Revenue, Dorchester Collection. "In addition to the open debate and lively atmosphere of the conference, I was impressed by Trust's ongoing commitment to its customers."

"We are extremely pleased with the number of attendees who join us twice a year for the Customer Conference and their commitment to us," commented Richard Wiegmann, Chief Operating Officer, Trust International. "We were the first to introduce this type of forum ten years ago because we felt that it is important to not only invest in the latest technology and roll it out to the customers, but to work closely with them during the planning and development to make sure that a new tool is supporting our customer's distribution strategy at its best. The recent Customer Advisory meeting confirmed this again and we really appreciated the time and effort spent by our customers and suppliers to openly exchange and discuss how to invest in the right technology tools. All of us at Trust are already looking forward to the upcoming conference in autumn 2008."
