Lauren Ullman Appointed Account Executive Glen Cove Mansion

APRIL 21, 2008. Glen Cove Mansion Hotel and Conference Center has announced the appointment of Lauren Ullman as account executive, responsible for developing conference business for the historic property. Ata Kashanian, general manager, made the announcement. Glen Cove Mansion is one of the original Long Island Gold Coast mansions, which was converted into one of the nation's first conference centers during the 1960s.

"I am very pleased to welcome Lauren to Glen Cove Mansion," said Mr. Kashanian. "She has invested many years of her career within the Long Island market, including working with historic properties, and she brings this experience to our hotel and conference center."

Lauren Ullman was previously account executive for Montauk Yacht Club, the storied resort located on the East End of Long Island in Montauk. Prior to this, she held the role of front office manager for Holiday Inn Westbury in Carle Place, New York.

Ms. Ullman's first positions within the hospitality industry were as sales coordinator and guest service agent/night audit for Courtyard by Marriott, located in Ronkonkoma, New York. Additionally, she worked for a time at Harbor Hills Country Club of Port Jefferson, New York. Ms. Ullman has also held positions of increasing responsibility within the financial services and natural foods industries.

Lauren Ullman attended Stony Brook University, located in Stony Brook, New York. She resides in Port Jefferson, New York.
