InterMountain Management, LLC Will Manage Hotel

MONROE, LA, March 31, 2008. InterMountain Management, LLC announced today the opening of the 100-room Courtyard by Marriott in Carson City, Nevada. Located at 3870 South Carson Street, the Courtyard Carson City will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Carson Gaming Hotels, L.L.C. a subsidiary of Carson Gaming, L.L.C. The hotel will be managed by InterMountain Management, LLC of Monroe, Louisiana. The Courtyard by Marriott is the first Marriott hotel in the Carson City area.

Galaxy 10 Movie Theater (August 2007).

The new concept includes, a business library featuring individual workstations with high-speed data ports with ergonomic chairs, free high speed Internet access; a pantry-style, 24-hour "grab and go" food and beverage area called "The Market," and a lounge area where guests can work, meet and dine in a relaxing setting.

The four-story hotel offers a meeting room with 750 square feet of meeting space and free wireless Internet access. Other guest facilities and services include the Courtyard Cafe restaurant, serving breakfast, a lobby bar, a casino, a swimming pool with whirlpool spa, exercise room, guest laundry and business center.

Courtyard guest rooms feature either a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, a seating area with sofa bed or oversized chair, a large, well-lit work desk and two telephones equipped with data ports. The Courtyard Carson City features 12 suites with a king-size bed, refrigerator and microwave oven. Other in-room amenities include coffee maker, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and 32" flat screen HD television with free premium movie and cable channels.
