ResortQuest Promotes David Schneider to GM Maui Lu
HONOLULU, HI, March 13, 2008. David Schneider has been named general manager of Aston Maui Lu in South Kihei. Schneider was most recently the rooms division manager at the ResortQuest Waikoloa Colony Villas on the Big Island.
Schneider had a strong background in both hospitality and retail in Texas, California and Virginia prior to moving to Hawaii in 2007 to join the Waikoloa property where he improved the operational standards and guest experience. While there, he restructured the housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Prior to joining ResortQuest Hawaii, Schneider held senior leadership roles in a property management company in San Diego and with Holiday Inn in Padre Island and Corpus Christi, Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
