Public relations strategy aids Flyte Systems to surpass forecast

. October 14, 2008

ATLANTA, GA, March 12, 2008. Softscribe Inc., a public relations firm that helps technology companies targeting the green hospitality and tourism market increase sales and achieve their strategic objectives, announced that its newest client, Flyte Systems, Inc., reported an increase in sales associated with Softscribe's strategic public relations services. Chicago-based Flyte Systems, the leading provider of real-time flight information to the hospitality and tourism, convention center, digital signage and related industries, was launched one year ago as a division of Industrial Television Services.

"We forecasted that adding public relations to our product rollout strategy would help us increase sales to the extent required to achieve our first-year monthly sales targets," said Flyte Systems President Brian Reynolds. "Since we engaged Softscribe to create and execute our marketing, media relations, and PR campaigns, we have consistently bested that number." Reynolds said Softscribe also supports Flyte Systems' entry into the digital signage and convention center markets.

"We work with Flyte Systems to exceed their sales forecasts by applying an integrated marketing program that builds on the company's benefits to each target market," said Softscribe President and CEO Michael Squires. "This includes a balanced delivery of media relations, new media campaigns, customer stories, press release services and optimized website content." In addition to introducing Flyte System's message to the hospitality, digital signage and convention center news channels, Softscribe also secured coverage in the wider consumer and business press including the New York Times and San Jose Mercury News.
