Hilton Garden Inn Offered Late Check-Out to Celebrate Daylight-Saving

MARCH 10, 2008. Just in time for daylight-saving - when clocks will be set one hour ahead on Sunday, March 9, 2008 - Hilton Garden Inn(R) announced its did its annual "Give Back the Hour" promotion which gave guests an extra two hours for check-out.* In observance of this big day, guests staying at participating Hilton Garden Inn locations were treated to an extended check-out time of 2 p.m. (instead of the standard noon check-out) this Sunday, at no additional cost.

The annual promotion is available for one day only and guests will be notified of the extended late check-out upon arriving at the hotel. Guests won't have to look further than their hotel or guestroom for ideas on how to spend those two additional hours that may include:

o Sleeping in and enjoying the comforts of the Garden Sleep SystemTM bed

o Sitting down at the hotel's restaurant for a leisurely "Lazy Breakfast" - served until 11 a.m.

o Working out in the hotel's complimentary fitness center

o Enjoying a relaxing dip in the hotel's swimming pool or whirlpool

o Watching a comedy, cartoon or drama on our HDTV's and munching on snacks from the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry

o Doing some laundry in the guest laundry facility - or not.
