. October 14, 2008

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA, February 20, 2008. Dolce Valley Forge hotel has begun the second phase of its multi-million dollar renovation, which includes T. Burke's lounge, a world-class restaurant, a completely transformed lobby space, and an updated fitness center to enhance its unparalleled leisure and meeting facilities. The Valley Forge property, located just outside Philadelphia, is currently undergoing a $17 million renovation of all hotel and meeting facilities, including the addition of 6,500 square feet of dedicated meeting space - for a total of 24,000 square feet - scheduled for completion by June 2008.

The new lounge, T. Burke's, sits at the center of this phase of renovations. The lounge pays homage to Thomas J. Burke, a friend and business associate of Capital Hospitality Group, the hotel investor and developer who purchased the Dolce Valley Forge property in July 2007. Tom lost his battle with leukemia in 2006, but prior to his death he introduced Capital Hospitality Group to Dolce International chairman and managing partner Andy Dolce. Capital Hospitality Group led the effort to honor Tom's memory at the luxurious lounge, which will include plush seating, espresso wood, brushed stainless and granite finishes and rich wall coverings.

T. Burke's will offer a high-end brasserie and bistro menu with the added feature of tapas offerings from the bar. It will serve as a destination for professionals to unwind and network, as well as a location for evening events, featuring billiards and table shuffleboard. The lounge is slated for completion by the end of March.

Maintaining Dolce's commitment to fine food and beverage service, the yet-to-be-named restaurant will offer an unparalleled all-day dining experience that caters to all tastes, with a 188-seat capacity for all meals. Lunch will feature a tapas menu, as well as a number of "action stations" where chefs will prepare unique offerings from Pad Thai to tostadas to panini. Dinner will be `a la carte and will feature gourmet dishes with a range of Latin, Mediterranean and Asian influences, as well as regional cuisines.

"The Dolce brand represents the highest culinary standards in the hotel business. This property's food and beverage service will be world class in every way," stated Stan Adams, director of food and beverage. "Shortly we will introduce our award-winning executive chef who will lead our culinary vision."

The second phase of renovations also includes a complete overhaul of the hotel lobby, which will result in the most open, functional lobby in all of suburban Philadelphia. The new design will feature marble floors, rich mahogany wood, a wine bar with evening service, and a distinctively designed staircase to second-floor meeting facilities. The new gift shop at Dolce Valley Forge will be a barista concept featuring Starbucks(R) coffee and pastries in addition to the usual sundry items. Rounding out this phase of the transformation is the completion of the fitness center.

"Each addition and modification to the property - no matter how large or small - are integral to delivering Dolce's Great Guest Experience, the cornerstone of Dolce International's culture, to all hotel guests," said Dan Santiago, Dolce Valley Forge general manager. "All property renovations planned and underway at Dolce Valley Forge will help create a memorable, exceptional guest experience."

The first phase of renovations included the design and renovation of 225 guest rooms, a new facade and significant renovations to the meeting space. Forthcoming renovations will include upgrades to the remaining guest rooms and meeting space, completion of the facade and an overhaul of the swimming pool and pool area, all planned to take place beginning in mid-April. Dolce Valley Forge also has plans to add a spa to elevate the property to a world-class destination for both business and leisure travelers.
