Chesapeake Hospitality Expands Leadership With Four Key Appointments
Chesapeake Hospitality, a dynamic third-party hotel management company, announced today that it has promoted three senior level executives and hired one additional team member as it continues to execute its vision and expansion of its portfolio nationally. Kim Sims, president of Chesapeake Hospitality, made the announcement.

To do that, we need extensive resources reflective of our commitment to ensuring our ability to offer personalized service to each and every one of our owners. These new leadership roles achieve that.”
Lisa Carlson has been promoted to senior vice president of operations. Carlson joined Chesapeake Hospitality in 2012 as regional director of operations before she was promoted to vice president of operations in 2016 where she was responsible for providing guidance and leadership to her management team across a broad spectrum of upscale hotel projects located primarily east of the Mississippi River. As senior vice president of operations, Carlson will be responsible for systemwide operational performance.
Stephanie Morgan-Harris has been promoted from regional director of sales and marketing to regional vice president of sales. In this role, Morgan-Harris will be responsible for managing multiple regions within the Chesapeake estate.
Previously serving as Chesapeake's area director of revenue management, Emily Hahn has been promoted to regional director of revenue management, where she will be assuming a broader leadership role in developing and executing strategies across the enterprise. Before joining Chesapeake in 2016, Hahn served as area director of revenue management at Westmont Hospitality Group. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
The company has also hired John Pasley as vice president of operations where he will be responsible for a portfolio of upper upscale hotels in the Midwest and Northeast region. Prior to joining Chesapeake, Pasley spent 12 years with John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts as vice president of operations, he is a graduate of Idaho State University.
