Convene Appoints Hospitality Veteran Jill McCluskey
TYSONS CORNER, VA. March 22, 2016, Convene (www.convene.com), a network of high-tech conference centers located in DC, NYC, and Philadelphia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill McCluskey as the Account Director for the DC Metro Area.
McCluskey is an accomplished sales executive, with more than 25 years in the hospitality industry. She started her career with Lansdowne Resort, and in subsequent years has served the Peachtree Executive Conference Center, Princess Hotels and The Ritz Carlton. She rejoined the Lansdowne team in 1998 earning numerous sales awards along the way.
McCluskey's experience will be instrumental to enabling a collaborative events community the Washington D.C. region. “We are so thrilled to add such a well-respected leader to our amazing team in Tysons,” said Steve Sackman, Vice President of Sales at Convene. “Jill will be able to help us fulfill the growing needs of meeting and event planners across the Washington metropolitan area.”
