“I'm delighted to join the management team at Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa,” said Cruz. “Located on the waterfront, rich with history and charm, I consider Casa Madrona one of the most notable hotels in the Bay Area and look forward to making a lasting impact.”

Cruz earned her Bachelor Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the UB Centro Espanol De Nuevas Profesions, and completed certificate programs in both Business Administration and Revenue Management from University of California at Berkeley and Cornell University. Cruz has truly found her home in the Bay Area, as the culture and beauty of a waterfront town like Sausalito feels just like her home in Barcelona.
