WORLDHOTELS Appoints MCluskey for PR
APRIL 3, 2007. WORLDHOTELS has appointed travel and tourism specialists McCluskey International to handle its public relations in the UK and Ireland, effective from 1st April.
The public relations strategy will address the general awareness of the brand strategy and the benefits WORLDHOTELS has to offer its four major target groups, independent hoteliers, travel agents, meeting planners and travellers.
In conjunction with the overall strategy key topics to be promoted include the recently launched WORLDHOTELS.academy, new products and services and developments across the company. WORLDHOTELS.academy offers multi-faceted training modules specifically for the needs of the hotel industry. New products and services introduced in 2006 included the hotel evaluation service Performing Excellence Programme and the new rate shopping tool WORLDHOTELS.rate scan. Company development news incorporates details on the growth of WORLDHOTELS (82 hotels joined the global portfolio in 2006) and new affiliated partnerships with airlines, consortias and car rental companies.
