Aimbridge Hospitality Assumes Management of Brookfield Hotel & Conference Center
DALLAS - June 20, 2014 - Aimbridge Hospitality, the nation's second largest independent hotel management and investment firm, announced recently that it has been chosen to manage the Brookfield Suites Hotel & Conference Center located in Brookfield, Wis.
The 203-suite Brookfield Suites Hotel & Conference Center features a pool and fitness facility, 16 meeting spaces and is conveniently located just 10 miles west of downtown Milwaukee. Originally constructed as an Embassy Suites Hotel, the hotel will soon undergo a multi-million dollar renovation to be completed mid-2015.
Located within miles of the Milwaukee County Zoo, Miller Park (home of the Milwaukee Brewers), the State Fair Grounds, Milwaukee Mile Speedway and the Summerfest Grounds on Lake Michigan, this property will conveniently connect visitors to many nearby attractions and restaurants.
This is the first partnership between hotel owner, Brookfield Hotel Limited Partnership, and Aimbridge Hospitality. Dirk Debbink, member of the majority General Partner LLC, based the decision to partner with Aimbridge Hospitality on the company's solid reputation as profitable managers in the hospitality industry with an emphasis on top-line revenue management.
