San Francisco, CA - May 15, 2014 - Opening summer 2014, The San Francisco Dungeon is an entertaining, 60-minute theatrical trip through outrageous moments in the Bay Area's rich 200 year-old history where the audience is part of the show. The Dungeon originated in London, expanded into Europe and will open its first-ever North American location in historic Fisherman's Wharf. This attraction introduces immersive sets, along with a regaling cast that will captivate audiences with their edgy humor and scary, fun antics.

Visitors will journey through nine interactive, theatrical performances from the colorful Gold Rush Era to the criminal gangs of the Barbary Coast, to tales from Alcatraz. Guests will be introduced to original Bay Area characters like James “Shanghai” Kelly and Miss Piggott, from the famed Miss Piggott's Saloon. This premier attraction will playfully startle nerves, awaken the senses and rattle the funny bone.

The San Francisco Dungeon will be providing timed tickets, with a specific entry and exit time to ensure a truly immersive experience. Ticket prices start at $19 when purchased in advance online, or $26 for adults and $20 for children when purchased day of.
