2013 Top Performers Announced during Awards Ceremony

WATERFORD, CT - February 19, 2014) - Waterford Hotel Group recently recognized it's top performing teams of 2013 during the company's recent Annual Leadership Conference and Awards Celebration, held at the Marriott Hartford Downtown in Hartford, CT. The 2-day conference was attended by Waterford Hotel Group representatives and nearly 60 managers from properties in the Waterford Hotel Group portfolio, and provided attendees the opportunity to share ideas, set goals, and foster the team spirit that are the hallmarks of Waterford's consistently high performing properties.

The theme of this year's conference, “Destined for Greatness”, was emphasized throughout various breakout sessions and presentations on topics such as sales, development, and business intelligence. Len Wolman, Chairman and CEO of Waterford Hotel Group, also addressed the conference attendees on important company initiatives for 2014, the importance of great leadership, and Waterford's Core Values.
