January 22, 2014 - The Kessler Collection, a portfolio of 10 artistically inspired boutique hotels and restaurants, hosted an inspiring groundbreaking event commencing construction on Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, in the affluent Mountain Brook suburb of Birmingham, Alabama on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 9:30 a.m. Continuing the brand's award-winning commitment to providing superior guest services, Bohemian inspiration and artistic offerings, the property will introduce an unmatched lodging experience to the market.
During the traditional groundbreaking ceremony, area influencers including Mountain Brook Mayor Lawrence Terry Oden and key executives from The Kessler Collection, Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc. and Daniel Corporation recognized the incredible dedication to the project, while various VIPs and guests were introduced to The Kessler Collection's Bohemian-style brand.

Set to debut in early 2015 as an Autograph Collection hotel, in the city of Mountain Brook's Lane Parke Village development, the highly anticipated 100-room boutique hotel will boast an on-site Grand Bohemian Art Gallery, signature Poseidon Spa, interactive cooking school, wine blending experience, 12,630 square feet of meeting space and vibrant rooftop terrace and restaurant.
