Glen Cove, Long Island, New York - December 18, 2013 - The I.A.C.C. certified Glen Cove Mansion Hotel and Conference Center, arguably the nation's first dedicated conference center hotel, has been honored for excellent corporate citizenship by the Glen Cove Chamber of Commerce and the New York State Assembly. The legendary property was originally the country estate of the Pratt family, founders and endowers of the renowned Pratt Institute.

The Glen Cove Chamber Corporate Pinnacle Award recognizes and celebrates the exemplary corporate citizenship and dedication to excellence demonstrated by Glen Cove Mansion, and the property's active participation within the community. In addition to receiving countless honors for service and hospitality excellence over the years, Glen Cove Mansion is actively engaged in giving back to the Glen Cove community, carrying on the legacy of the Pratt family, which originally donated the land for the Glen Cove High School nearby.
